ADD-ON SERVICES (Optional Upgrades)
Regular Cleaning or Deep Cleaning & Sanitization Assistance in connecting with a reliable and licensed Real Estate Agent for tenants placement, leasing, and other related things.
How the Prepaid Maintenance Fund Works:
- Landlords prepay a set amount ($300, $500, or $750/month depending on the package).
- Covers small repairs (e.g., plumbing fixes, HVAC tune-ups, handyman work).
- If a repair exceeds the fund, the landlord is notified before any extra charges apply.
- Unused funds roll over to the next month or can be refunded at the end of the contract.
